Flooring

PREFAB: If you're ordering your 2 car garage prefab, it will include a wooden floor, upgraded to easily bear the weight of a car or truck.

If your garage will be situated in a damp location, or simply for added longevity, we can also upgrade your floor and/or floor joists to pressure-treated lumber.

Pressure Treated Floor Joists: Add $ .20 / square foot.
Pressure Treated Joists & Plywood Floor: Add $ 1.00 / square foot.

Each half of the garage will also include a partial center wall. This is necessary to stabilize the building during transportation and delivery.

BUILT ON-SITE: Garages that are built on-site are constructed on your prepared concrete pad. In this case, the concrete serves as the floor. Because the garage is brought to your site in a "knocked down" state, we are not limited by height restrictions. As a result, you automatically get 8' sidewalls. During construction, we extend the walls down over the edge of your pad to keep rain and snow from coming back up into the garage. Additionally, there is no partial center wall needed when we build on site.

We can also build onto your custom built block walls. Add $75/square foot extra

Two car garages can be built with a steeper pitch roof that includes an attic for extra storage space.

We build on your prepared cement slab or custom block wall. Garages built-on site come standard with 8' side walls (in place of the wooden floor).

Same outstanding quality and workmanship as our other garages with added options for customization and more work space.

Horizon Structures' garages are also available with a Gambrel style roof.
